Jullians Kids, Inc. will sponsor a child in need, if the child meets the criteria of abuse, abandonment or neglect.
Rules and regulations of Jullian's Kids, Inc:
- Client must be under sponsorship of accredited ministry, church or social/foster care agency while receiving funds from Jullian's Kids, Inc.
- Sponsorship will be in the form of clothing, food, goods, counseling fees, school supplies, living expenses or other forms of assistance that will be purchased for the sponsored child.
- At NO time will money be handed directly to child or parent/guardian.
- Client must be actively enrolled in school, attending classes as required by the institution and working hard to achieve good grades.
- Jullians Kids, Inc. reserves the right to request periodic reports and attendance records from school, church or counselors as pertains to progress of client if necessary. In such case, signed letter of permission from client must be on file.
- Client must have parent/guardian actively involved in education and welfare of client.
- Monthly reports on client progress must be received by the 10th of each month or continued sponsorship may be revoked.
- Clients must agree to and abide by rules and regulations of Jullian's Kids, Inc.
- Memorandum of agreement must be signed by both parties outlining terms of sponsorship.
- Confidentiality and client’s rights agreement must be signed by client and Jullians Kids, Inc.
- Release of information must be signed by client and Jullian’s Kids, Inc.
- Consent form must be signed by client.
